- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1In heavy skillet, melt margarine.

2Add celery and onion; cook until clear.

3Add chicken soup and broth, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.

4Bring to a boil.

5Pour into a casserole dish; add rice and garlic salt.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
