- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke
Directions

1Cook celery, onion and broth.

2Add soup, liquid smoke, salt and pepper.

3Mix melted margarine with rice and add to mixture. Pour mixture into casserole.

4Bake at 325° for 35 minutes, uncovered.
