  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 thin sliced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 3 slices lemon
  • 3 lb. venison

Directions

    Mix ingredients (except venison); bring to a boil. Stir occasionally while simmering for 10 minutes. Pour over venison that has been sauteed in hot fat to brown. Roast in 350° oven for about 1 to 2 hours. It would pay to turn occasionally.
