- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 thin sliced onion
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 3 slices lemon
- 3 lb. venison
Directions

1Mix ingredients (except venison); bring to a boil. Stir occasionally while simmering for 10 minutes. Pour over venison that has been sauteed in hot fat to brown. Roast in 350° oven for about 1 to 2 hours. It would pay to turn occasionally.
