  • 1 lb. venison, cubed
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
