- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, brown beef; drain.

2Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion.

3Separate dough into biscuits.

4Place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup.

5Spoon meat mixture into cups.

6Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Makes 10 to 12.
