  • 5# beef brisket - remove fat
  • 1/2 c. liquid smoke hickory seasoning
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 bottle cheap barbeque sauce
  • 1 bottle of favorite barbeque sauce

Directions

    In a large dutch oven combine liquid smoke, vinegar, sugar, water and inexpensive barbeque sauce. Add brisket. Bake all night in covered dutch oven at 275 degrees.

    The next day, drain the marinate and discard.Shred the cooked beef. Mix with a bottle of your favorite barbeque sauce and serve with buns. Keep in crock pot to serve warm.
