- 4 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 4 raw egg yolks
- 8 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. sweet butter
- 6 c. flour
- raw egg whites
- sugar
Directions

1Put cooked egg yolks through a sieve and mix with raw egg yolks.

2Cream sugar and butter together.

3Add to egg yolk mixture and beat with mixer until well blended.

4Add flour and mix well. Form into small balls; dip in raw egg whites and roll in sugar. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
