  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme
  • 2/3 c. barley
  • 4 carrots, diced
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 6 sprigs parsley
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
