- 1 c. pearled barley
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 cans onion soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
Directions

1Brown barley in hot skillet with butter.

2Cool barley.

3Pour onion soup and mushrooms in casserole dish and mix.

4Spoon barley into casserole dish and stir.

5Bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
