- 2 c. scotch or hulled barley
- 6 c. skim milk
- 1 c. chopped dried fruit
- 1/4 c. barley malt
- 1 c. fruit flavored nonfat yogurt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Combine all ingredients except fruit flavored yogurt.

3Pour into a 6 cup casserole with a tight fitting lid.

4Bake for about 2 hours.

5Milk should be absorbed and barley soft.

6Serve warm, topped with flavored yogurt.
