Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coffee
- 15 coffee beans
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1 tsp sugar
- 50 grams chocolate
- 2 tbsp cream
Directions

1Break eggs in a bowl and separate the yolk from the egg whites, blend the yolks with a hand blender till its light and frothy.

2Add powdered sugar and sieve flour in it slowly & steadily and blend for another minute.

3Add vanilla essence, baking powder, coffee and cocoa powder and mix well.

4Take coffee beans, roast them and add them to the cake batter.

5(if you want it to be crunchy)

6Preheat oven at 180C.

7Take a dish of aluminium or glass grease it with butter.

8Pour the batter in the dish, and pour the egg white on top of the batter slowly.

9Bake for 10 minutes in HIGH temp.

10(Baking for long will reduce cake's moisture)

11For Icing -

12take milk,sugar and coffee and beat it, add melted chocolate and cream.

13Mix well and fill it in the icing cone.

14(avoid adding too much of cream or milk)

15After icing is done refrigerate the cake for 15-20 minutes.
