- Butter (enough For Greasing Ramekins)
- 6 whole Eggs
- 6 Tablespoons Half-and-half
- 6 pinches Dill
- 6 pinches Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 6 pinches Salt
Directions

1Before you begin, you'll need 6 individual 1/2 cup ramekins.

2Preheat oven to 350° F and put a full kettle (or pot) of water on to boil.

3Grease each ramekin with butter.

4Crack one egg into each ramekin.

5Add a tablespoon of half-and-half to each ramekin.

6Into each ramekin, put a pinch of dill, ground cayenne pepper and salt. (Spice combinations can be changed up to your liking. You could even add cheese, bacon, ham or whatever tickles your fancy.)

7Place ramekins in a baking dish and fill baking dish halfway up ramekins with the boiling water.

8Place baking dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

9Remove from oven and carefully take each ramekin out of the baking dish.

10Serve warm.
