  • 1 (15 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.

    Flake salmon.

    Combine with liquid and remaining ingredients.

    Mix well. Shape into loaf.
