- 1 (15 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. sliced, pitted, ripe olives
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.

2Flake salmon.

3Combine with liquid and remaining ingredients.

4Mix well. Shape into loaf.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
