  • 15 1/2 ounce Canned Alaska salmon
  • 2 c. Soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. Finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Dill weed
  • 1 dsh Black pepper

    Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 Tbsp.

    Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients.

    Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or possibly shape into loaf on greased baking pan.
