- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. lukewarm milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Combine lukewarm milk and salad oil; add.

3Stir lightly until just blended, about 10 strokes.

4Turn onto floured surface and knead gently 10 times.

5Pat out 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut with a floured biscuit cutter.

7Place on greased baking sheet.

8Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.

9Makes 12 (2-inch) biscuits.
