"Munchie" Rolled Tilapia Tacos!

  • 1 1/2 lb Tilapia Filets
  • 3/4 tsp Of Your Favorite Seasonings
  • 3 dash Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Veg Oil
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Planko or 1.TbSp Corn Starch

    Wash and Cut Each Tilapia Filet in half.

    Place in a bowl then Add Your seasonings...

    Coat Well.

    In the same bowl toss the Planko or Corn Starch... mix and coat well.

    Pre-Heat a Non Stick Pan on Medium with your Veg Oil.

    Test the oil to make dure its hot then go ahead and place your evenly coated filets in the pan and fry then babies up!

    Right befor you turn your Tilapia over Drizzle the Olive Oil Evenly over all pieces then flip once fish is brown.

    Cook both sides Until Golden brown.

    As soon as the fish is out sprinkle your Garlic Powder over your fish.

    If you Picked up the bigger flour shells like I did.... no worries cut them in half.

    Heat your Tortilla shells how you like but remeber they're ROLLED Tacos so try to keep them Soft!

    Finally add your few pieces of fish to your Tortilla, roll, and serve.

    You could add Hot sauce, tarter or whatever you like inside.

    Add side Salad, a little rice and Enjoy!
