  • 1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pkg. (6 squares) BAKER'S White Chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) SNACKWELL'S Mint Creme Cookies, coarsely chopped

Directions

    Melt semi-sweet chocolate in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly; set aside.

    Melt white chocolate in separate saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly; set aside.

    Spread semi-sweet chocolate on foil-lined or lightly greased cookie sheet to form 13 x 9-inch rectangle.

    Sprinkle with chopped cookies.

    Immediately drop spoonfuls of white chocolate over semi-sweet chocolate mixture; swirl through mixtures several times with knife to marbleize.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm.

    Break into pieces.

    Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
