  • 50 grams Caster Sugar
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 175 grams Self-Rising Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325F.

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Stir in flour and mix until it forms a ball.

    Turn out onto a a lightly floured surface and roll to about 5mm thick.

    cut out using cookie cutters.

    Arrange on baking sheet and bake until golden brown.

    Cool before serving.
