Basic Blender Crepes

- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Add all ingredients to blender jar.

2Cover and process at stir speed until blended, 20 to 25 seconds.

3Scrape down flour on sides of jar; blend 5 seconds more.

4Heat a 7-inch slope sided lightly-greased skillet over medium-high heat until water drop dances when sprinkled on it (or use electric crepe maker).

5Pour 2 tablespoons batter at a time into skillet.

6Quickly tilt skillet to cover bottom.

7Pour off extra batter into blender jar.

8Brown on first side about 1/2 minute; turn to brown on second side.

9Stack with wax paper between every 4 crepes.

10Place in plastic bag until ready to fill.

11These can be refrigerated or frozen.
