  • lb. boneless beef chuck
  • 1 pkt onion soup mix
  • 1 x 4 ounce. can diced green chilies
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro

Directions

    Place beef, soup mix, chilies, chili pwdr, and cumin into a crock pot and cover with water.

    Cook on high for 5-7 hrs.

    Remove meat to cutting board and shred.
  4. 4
    Strain contents of the crock pot and reserve the onions and chilies.
  5. 5
    Add in the onion and chilies to the meat and combine well.

    Add in the minced cilantro if you like.
