- 4 quarts Water
- 1 cup Kosher Salt
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
Directions

1Mix 1 gallon of water with the salt and brown sugar. Add other herbs if desired to taste. Add Chicken to brine and let set 24 hours (refrigerated).

2After 24 hours remove the meat from the brine and thoroughly rinse the brine from the meat.

3Pat dry and add any rubs/seasonings.
