  • 4 quarts Water
  • 1 cup Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar

Directions

    Mix 1 gallon of water with the salt and brown sugar. Add other herbs if desired to taste. Add Chicken to brine and let set 24 hours (refrigerated).

    After 24 hours remove the meat from the brine and thoroughly rinse the brine from the meat.

    Pat dry and add any rubs/seasonings.
