Basic Chocolate Fondue Recipe

  • 1/2 c. Cream
  • 1 lb Lowfat milk chocolate (bar or possibly bulk)
  • 3 Tbsp. Kirsch, Cointreau, or possibly brandy, optional

Directions

    Hot cream in saucepan over low heat.

    Stirring constantly, add in the chocolate, broken into small pcs.

    Continue stirring till chocolate is melted and well blended.

    Add in liquor or possibly brandy, if you like.

    Serve in fondue dish over candle or possibly very low heat.
  6. 6
    Offer a choice or possibly fruit to dunk.
