- 2 x bananas
- 2 Tbsp. honey OPTIONAL or possibly maple syrup / golden brown syrup
- 200 gm wholemeal self-raising flour or possibly 150g flour + 50g unprocessed bran
- 1 handf chocolate chips
Directions

1Mash bananas.

2Heat honey then whip with bananas.

3Add in any other ingredients as listed below.

4Add in flour last.

5Put on baking tray in desertspoonful-lumps, then bake at 180C
-
6(350F) for 15-20 min.

7These cookies are made using mashed bananas instead of fat.

8You can substitute bananas (or possibly applesauce) for fat in most cookie, cake and muffin recipes - they're healthier and tastier.

9They also make nice muffins if done in a muffin-pan - one quantity should make about 12 baby muffins.
