- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 dsh salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly oil
Directions

1Mix liquids first including melted butter or possibly oil.

2Add in Large eggs.

3Add in flour last.

4If whisking or possibly blending by hand then mix for 3 min till smooth.

5If making in blender or possibly food processor mix for 1 minute on high speed.

6Stop and scrape down sides.

7Blend smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute

8Use batter immediately if made in processor or possibly blender, let rest for 1 hour if hand mixed.

9Use within 24 hrs.

10This recipe yields 12 crepes.
