- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1In mixer bowl, beat eggs lightly.

2Add melted margarine or butter and mix.

3Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. (Batter will be thin.)

4Pour scant 1/4 cup butter into lightly greased and heated 8-inch crepe pan or skillet.

5Tilt pan to coat bottom evenly with batter.

6Cook over medium heat until brown; turn crepe to brown second side.

7Cool pan slightly between crepes.

8Spoon filling onto center of crepe and roll.
