- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon coarse salt
- 2 cups whole milk, room temp
- 3 large eggs, room temp
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions

1Sift flour and salt into large bowl.

2Whisk together eggs and milk then whisk into the flour.

3Whisk in butter.

4Strain the mixture into a medium bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours-1 day.

5Batter should be consistency of heavy cream.

6Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat, coat with butter.

7Ladle or Pour 3 tbs batter (small) or 1/3 cup (large) into pan.

8Cook until top is set and the bottom is firm and golden.

9Flip then cook until the other side is golden (45 seconds).

10Serve ASAP.
