- 3 tbsp castor sugar
- 75 grams butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
- 100 grams plain flour
- 25 grams chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180C.

2Cream butter with the sugar until no sugar sound.

3In another bowl, beat egg with vanilla extract.

4Gradually add the egg mixture into the creamed butter and sugar.

5Stir to combine.

6Sift flour in a bowl.

7Gradually add sifted flour into the butter-egg mixture.

8Stir to combine.

9Stir in chocolate chips.

10Then add in the milk.

11Stir to combine.

12Line the cupcake tray with paper or you could just grease them with butter.

13Put tablespoons of the raw cupcake mixture in the cupcake tray.

14Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
