  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Cold Water
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt

    Mound flour on a hard surface, make a well and then drop in the eggs and salt.

    Begin to knead the dough until it starts to become pliable, and then slowly add water using more or less as needed.

    Youll want your dough to be sturdy but not dry.

    Form into a ball and let rest for 1 minute, and then roll out onto a floured surface to desired thickness (theyll plump up a little when theyre cooked, so dont make them too thick).

    Use a knife or a noodle cutter to cut the dough into long thin strips, and then cut strips to desired length.

    Drop into boiling, salted water and cook until they float.
