- 4 c. warm water
- 1 oz. active dry yeast
- 2 lb. 2 oz. bread flour
- 1 oz. salt
Directions

1Combine water and yeast in a mixer bowl.

2Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed with a dough hook until all of the flour is incorporated.

3Increase to second speed and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.

4Let the dough rise until doubled.

5Punch down, divide and shape as desired.

6Let rise again until doubled.
