- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Crisco oil
Directions

1Cover bottom of frying pan with Crisco oil.

2Cook carrots, green pepper and onion in fat for a few minutes.

3Add tomato paste with 1 can of water.

4Place beef in pan; add salt and pepper. Simmer until beef and vegetables are tender.
