- Meat
- 3 large onions
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 1/4 cups tomato puree
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Sauce
- 90 g margarine
- 1/2 cup self raising flour
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 125 g cream cheese
- instant no-boil lasagna noodles
Directions

1Meat:

2Fry diced onion and mince.

3When cooked, drain fat.

4Stir in tomato paste and puree.

5Cook on low for 15 minutes.

6Sauce:

7Melt butter in saucepan.

8Add flour and cook 1 minute.

9Add milk slowly, stirring all the time.

10Beat eggs and cream cheese together in a bowl.

11Add to saucepan.

12Cook on high until starts bubbling.

13When bubbling, cook on low until thick.

14Layer meat and instant lasagna sheets into casserole dish.

15Pour cheese sauce over top.

16Cook 40 minutes on low oven (160-180degrees Celsius).
