Basic Oven Fried Fish

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Combine salt and milk.

    Dip fish in milk, then roll in dry crumbs.

    Place portions in a well-greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.

    Place baking dish on top shelf of preheated 500° oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until portions flake easily when tested with a fork.
