- 2 lb. fish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Combine salt and milk.

2Dip fish in milk, then roll in dry crumbs.

3Place portions in a well-greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.

4Place baking dish on top shelf of preheated 500° oven and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until portions flake easily when tested with a fork.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
