- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- brisket
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- 1 jar barbecue sauce
Directions

1Line pan with foil.

2Pour in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.

3Lay brisket over mixture in pan (lean side down). Sprinkle with garlic salt and onion salt; cover pan tightly with foil.

4Place in refrigerator overnight.

5Remove from refrigerator the next day.

6Remove foil and pour barbecue sauce on top.

7Cover with foil and bake at 250° for 4 hours.
