Basic Oven Meatballs

- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat eggs.

2Stir in milk, crumbs, onion and salt.

3Add meat and mix well.

4Chill.

5With wet hands, shape meat mixture into 6 dozen meatballs.

6Bake in two 15 x 10-inch pans at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Place meatballs on another baking pan. Cool.

8Can be frozen.
