Basic Oven Meatballs

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 c. soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a large bowl, beat eggs.

    Stir in milk, crumbs, onion and salt.

    Add meat and mix well.

    Chill.

    With wet hands, shape meat mixture into 6 dozen meatballs.

    Bake in two 15 x 10-inch pans at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Place meatballs on another baking pan. Cool.

    Can be frozen.
