- 60 grams semolina
- 1 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture comes together like damp breadcrumbs.

2If the mixture is too dry to stick together as a dough, add another egg yolk and pulse again

3Tip the mixture onto a flat surface and bring together as a dough.

4Knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth.

5Wrap in clingfilm and leave in fridge until ready to use.
