- 5 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, cut butter, cream cheese and flour until mixture resembles crumbs.

2Gather dough into a ball.

3Divide into 4 equal parts.

4Form ball; wrap each separately into clear plastic and refrigerate about 1 hour, or until ready to use.

5Pastry will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator or several months in freezer. Each ball will make pastry equal to 2 pie crusts.
