- 4 baking apples
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. butterscotch ice cream topping
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Core apples; pare upper third of each apple to prevent skin from splitting.

2Place apples upright in ungreased baking pan. Mix raisins, honey and 2 tablespoons chopped pecans.

3Fill center of each apple with raisin mixture.

4Pour hot water into pan to 1/4-inch depth.

5Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.

6Cool apples 5 to 10 minutes.

7Spoon topping onto apples and sprinkle with finely chopped pecans.

8Serve warm or cold.
