  • 2 1/2 c. chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • green bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt to taste
