  • 1 whole Chicken, Cut Up
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons White Wine (whatever You Would Drink)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 3 whole Springs Rosemary, Rosemary Leaves Removed Prior To Using

    Preheat oven 450 degrees F.

    Coat chicken and a baking dish with olive oil.

    Spread chicken pieces evenly in pan and add white wine.

    Sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary leaves over chicken.

    Roast in oven uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is done and juices run clear.
