  • 1 tbsp Cooking sake
  • 300 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp Lard
  • 1/4 Chopped green onion

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a pot.

    Simmer and reduce slightly.

    Add water and bring to a boil.

    Add ingredients when it's nearly boiling.

    Cook the noodles.

    Pour the boiled soup into a serving bowl.

    Add the cooked noodles into the bowl as well.

    Top with green onions.

    Add char siu (Chinese-style roasted pork) or menma (pickled bamboo shoots) if you like.
