  • 3/4 lb Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly other fat
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk, (roughly)

Directions

    Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr.

    Cut in the shortening.
  3. 3
    Fold in the lowfat milk to make a soft dough.
  4. 4
    When kneaded, rolled and cut out, bake 10-12 min in a warm oven (450F).
