- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk

1To melt butter in a 1-quart glass bowl or casserole, microwave on High for 30 seconds.

2Stir in flour and salt to make a smooth paste.

3Blend in milk gradually.

4Microwave on High for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
