  • 2 tbsp. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. butter buds
  • butter, melted
  • 1-1/2 tsp. fresh basil, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dry
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
