  • 3 cups fresh, washed basil
  • 1/2 cup kosher or coarse sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse to grind.

    2. Spread on a baking sheet and leave to dry for 3-5 days. A food dehydrator will make this a much faster process!

    3. When fully dry, pulse again in blender to pulverize.
