Basil-Garlic Squash

- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 small yellow squash (3/4 lb.), cut in half lengthwise
- 4 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients.

2Brush squash and zucchini with one-half of mixture.

3Spray grill rack with vegetable spray oil. Place vegetables (cut side down) over medium-hot coals.

4Cook 3 minutes.

5Turn and brush with remaining mixture.

6Continue to cook an additional 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

7Serves 8.
