- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions (include tops)
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed basil
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Thaw frozen peas by pouring boiling water over them; drain. Melt butter; add onions and cook until tender but not brown.

2Stir in peas and remaining ingredients.

3Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until tender.
