- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small yellow squash
- 12 small onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 14-12 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions

1Put olive oil in a large skillet over medium low heat and add seasonings.

2Add salt if desired.

3Slice onion thin and add to melted butter.

4Saute onion for 1-2 minutes.

5Slice zucchini and squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

6Slice zucchini and squash about 1/4 inch thickness and add to onions.

7Saute about 1-2 minutes.

8Core and chop tomatoes into bite size pieces.

9Add to vegetables about 5 minutes before serving but do not saute them.
