  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 can vegelinks
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 4 c. diced, cooked potatoes

Directions

    Saute onions in margarine.

    Drain sauerkraut; rinse with warm water and steam for a few minutes.

    Mix soup with mayonnaise; add all ingredients and put in oiled casserole dish. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
