- 1 1/4 lb. melted chocolate (semi-sweet is best)
- 4 1/2 c. dry fondant
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp. peppermint oil
Directions

1Mix dry fondant, corn syrup, evaporated milk and peppermint oil with mixer for 12 to 15 minutes.

2Gradually add melted chocolate, beating at medium speed.

3When all is added, whip at high speed for 1/2 minute, then spread out to set on slab or cookie sheet.

4Cut into squares.
