- 3 c. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (two 12 oz. bags)
- 1 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Melt chocolate chips, baking chocolate square and butter in a double boiler or microwave.

2Blend in vanilla, milk and peppermint.

3Mix well.

4Refrigerate for5 minutes.

5Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute and refrigerate for 5 minutes.

6Do this a total of 3 times.

7Press into a 7 x 10-inch buttered dish and let harden.

8It can be refrigerated but it is not necessary.
